What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept a variety of payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, Venmo, and Apple Pay, to ensure a seamless and convenient checkout experience.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Requests for changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, your order may already be processed or shipped and cannot be modified.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number on our Tracking page to follow your order’s journey.
Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday–Friday). After processing, delivery takes an additional 6 to 8 business days (Monday–Friday) once the order has been shipped.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we provide free Standard Shipping for all orders within the United States (USA).
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship only within the United States (USA). We’re working on expanding to other countries in the future - stay tuned!
What if my package is lost or delivered to the wrong address?
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout. Couturial is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you encounter any issues, please contact us, and we'll do our best to assist.
What should I do if my package is delayed or lost during delivery?
Please contact us at support@couturial.com immediately if you've entered an incorrect shipping address. While Couturial isn't responsible for lost packages due to customer-provided incorrect addresses, we'll do our best to help you work with the shipping carrier to locate your package. If the shipping error is on our side, we'll correct it promptly.

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened items. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us at support@couturial.com, and we'll guide you through the return process.
